Andy Wilkinson is the founder of RAW Advising, a consulting practice focused on financial performance, strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
He brings more than 20 years of experience across healthcare finance, ambulatory surgery center development and operations, strategic planning, technology implementation, and complex organizational growth.
Andy played key roles in the development and ongoing operation of four freestanding ambulatory surgery centers across central and eastern Massachusetts, representing 23 operating rooms and multiple physician and health system partnerships. His work has included deal structuring, financing, financial planning, real estate, and payer contracting.
He also led strategic finance and development initiatives within a major Massachusetts health system, including expansion planning, physician practice acquisition, off-campus surgery center development, and oversight of a $200 million IT and EHR implementation.
Today, he advises clients on financial performance, operational discipline, growth strategy, and analytically rigorous decision-making — with particular strength in healthcare and other complex operating environments.
